We do not ship to the following states, cities, and counties in the U.S. where kratom is banned:

- Oceanside, CA
- Ontario, OR
Kratom is also banned in the following countries:

How much does shipping cost?
Sabai Kratom offers free shipping on orders of $90 or more. Otherwise, shipping costs are based on your location. You’ll find the shipping total presented at checkout before you order kratom from us. We ship using USPS Priority Mail.
When will my order ship?
Sabai Kratom offers same-day shipping on all orders placed by 2 PM EST on Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. Please also be mindful of federal holidays when USPS will be closed. Orders placed on these days will be shipped the following business day.
Orders over 10 pounds or totaling more than $3500.00 may be held until payment is received from your bank.
USPS shipping: Priority Flat Rate and Priority Mail Express shipping policies state that delivery time will vary based on the origin and destination zip codes. You can check your estimated delivery time on the USPS website.
Returns
What is Sabai Kratom’s return policy?
If you’re not happy with your product, contact Sabai Kratom within 30 days of the delivery date. Depending on the situation, we may offer a free replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.
Note: Sabai Kratom does not accept opened product returns. Unopened packages may be returned, but they won’t be accepted after our 30-day limit.
